0 Herbs for Healing Session 5: Culinary uses of herbs
For our next Herbs for Healing session, on Saturday 10th June 11am-3pm, we will be joined by Ann Owen from Enion's Garden, Furnace, to learn about some exciting and unusual ways to use herbs in the kitchen:"10 ways with herbs: liven up your meals with fresh herbs, muddle them into your cocktails, dry them for winter use, mix with salt for the bbq, make pestos, oils and vinegars. We’ll have a look at the many ways herbs can be used to make your cooking more interesting. If you like to have a go, bring your favorite knife and chopping board, as well as a clean jar or two, so you can take something home".
